Privacy.
The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to talk to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. That happens through the forms on this site:
- Sponsorship inquiries: your name, company, work email, website, interests, budget range, campaign dates, goals and any details you add.
- Guest applications: your name, email, phone (optional), city, title, social and website links, biography, story, availability, any optional fields you fill in, and a headshot or media kit if you attach one.
- Waitlists and the newsletter: your email address, and which list or guide you signed up for.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, review your guest application, and send the updates you asked for (new episodes, Les Play news, the book, creator guides or merch drops). We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Guest applications are reviewed by the Talk Les team. Applying does not guarantee a booking, and we may not reply to every application.
How submissions reach us
Some forms currently open a pre-filled email in your own email app, addressed to work@talklesshow.com. Nothing is sent until you press send, and the message then travels through your email provider like any other email.
When we connect a form service, submissions will be sent securely to that provider and on to us. We will update this page to name it.
Third-party services
- YouTube: episode videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load after you press play. Once playing, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
- Merch: purchases happen on talkles.shop, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
- Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linktree and Courtside Les take you to sites with their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and applications for as long as they are useful for the conversation or partnership they relate to, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, or ask us to see, correct or delete what you have sent us by writing to work@talklesshow.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we will honour them.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date below.
